Shipping policy
We ship orders within 1-2 business days from the date the order is received. (This excludes holidays and weekends). If we have a sale or promotion, our turnaround time during these periods can be up to 7 business days due to order volume. All of our shipping is carbon offset.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 within Canada. (The $125 must be before taxes, after discounts are applied.)
Orders under $125 are subject to $10 flat rate shipping.

We offer free shipping on all orders over $125 within the United States. (The $125 must be before taxes, after discounts are applied.)

Note: As of February 1, 2025, US orders may be subject to delays as well as tariffs upon clearing the border, per the Trump Administration Executive Orders. Duties and tariffs are billed at the checkout and are billed during the purchase process to ensure no surprises at the door.

We offer flat rate shipping of €10 to countries in Europe.

* We do not currently offer free shipping to Alaska or Hawaii. We do not currently ship to American Samoa, Micronesia, Northern Mariana Islands, Palau, Puerto Rico, U.S. Virgin Islands, or any Armed Forces Reserves.
