🌈 A Colour Chat

I’ve been thinking a lot this week about colour. Let me take you a little bit through our process and how our styles come to life.

We carry our core colours year-round and launch seasonal colours twice a year. While other baby and kids brands launch new colours and patterns (what seems like!) every couple of weeks, we select shades that will stand the test of time and allow your little ones to independently dress themselves (well!). That said, our seasonal collections aren’t designed to be in stock year round - by nature, they’re limited edition drops, designed to sell out.

When I started, it was my goal to add more colour to our everyday core collection, to round out what our famm can shop even when seasonal colours are selling out. As a mum, I've always loved a neutral basic but struggled with colours - I would miss the mm launch window and then my kids’ sizes would be gone. (Been there?)

In the midst of these internal discussions, we got friendly-called-out on TikTok (are you following yet?) by a mum begging us for more colour. We promise we’re on it! You’ll see new colours making their way into the core collection very soon - a gorgeous green, blue, and purple are becoming a part of our everyday, alongside our beautiful Blossom. 

Speaking of colour: this week, we launched our winter clearance sale so we can make room for spring. Styles are selling out quickly (back to the colour and size issue above!) so I added some more styles and combed through things to help you out! Here are a few of my favourites that still have stock in most sizes for an easy shop:

• Long Sleeve Henley: The sleeper hit of the season, IMO. I absolutely love this one on my littlest guy, it’s darling - the perfect elevated answer to a long sleeve tee.
• Jersey Crew Raglan: A super classic everyday style - a little more put together than a basic tee.
• Long Sleeve Tee: A candy-coloured collection to add freshness on the daily.
• Ringer tee: Our essential basic with a twist - ready to layer all year long. 
• Jersey Lush Hoodie: A super light layer which works perfectly under snowsuits.
• 2 piece PJs: I loved doing a few extra PJ colours this winter because what’s cuter than cozy kids in jammies?
• Fleece Biker Romper: This has been flying off the virtual shelves, so we are adding our limited edition colours to the sale. Enjoy pine, lilac, mauve, and aqua.
• Shawl Collar Cardi: A personal favourite and a more plush version of our classic cardi.
• Sweatshirt Cardi: This is a super adorable look for the days they’re feeling a bit more fance without having to feel more fance.
