Park Life
From public parks and hiking trails to outdoor playgrounds, we love getting our little people outside. Not only are we all about that fresh air, they get an opportunity to see the community they're a part of and connect with others doing the same.    

Dance It Out
The best way to feel good and instantly elevate your mood is to get up and get moving. When in doubt, dance it out! Grab your friends and family (or bust a move alone), crank those tunes and let loose.

Get Creative
Everybody loves a trip to the art gallery. For March Break, many local destinations is offer kid-focused programming, from artmaking tofamily-friendly tours, drop-in film screenings and maker stations. Check out your local and get making!

Take a Breath
Othership is a Wellness Centre and guided breathwork app offering classes to boost mood, increase productivity, regulate your emotions, and learn the science-backed how + why of breathing mechanics. We teamed up with Othership last year to share a series of breathwork practices you can do at home with your little ones - watch them on the mini mioche Instagram page in 1, 2, 3, 4, 5.

Journal It Out
Writing down our thoughts and feelings can help process and make sense of our emotions, which helps us better understand ourselves and our experiences. This practice is especially important when it comes to our little ones, who we want to help build a positive mindset through awareness and reflection (the power of writing things down is scientifically proven to build better connections within your brain).
